As Shabka is establishing a new headquarter for the Middle East at the moment, the book project “Revolution as a Process – The Case of the Egyptian Uprising” is evolving beautifully. In November 2013 authors from the Middle East and Europe have gathered for a conference in Cairo to discuss about the content of their chapters.
The book, which is edited by the Cairo-based peace and conflict researcher Adham Hamed, will be published in late spring in the Vienna-based publishing house Wiener Verlag für Sozialforschung.
As the editing process is ongoing, Shabka is happy to release the second in a series of video clips documenting our work. Stay tuned for for updates in the months to come.
