On 7 March 2019 Shabka participated at the 2019s Tipping Point Talks on Erste Campus in Vienna. Curated by Verena Ringler, the Tipping Point talks convened a range of leading personalities from the worlds of civil society, politics and banking, including Erste Bank’s CEO Andreas Treichl and Francis Fukuyama.
In the morning ERSTE Foundation and the Institute for Human Sciences (IWM) gave participants the opportunity for lively and interactive discussions on insights and the main chances and challenges facing Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe.
